Here are some photos of the Coop at the 29th AnnualLazy DazeFestival.

Cary Clay Cooperative's presence at Lazy Daze was meant to raise awareness of the ceramic arts. CCC member Dawn Mecklenburg said, "We really wanted to make ceramics as an art form accessible to everyone, and perhaps inspire them to get involved in the ceramic arts themselves."

The wheel throwing demos proved especially popular, capturing the attention of young and old who were fascinated watching a lump of clay turninto an object of beauty.

Some lucky onlookers even got hands-on experience at the wheel.

Cary Clay Cooperative would like to thank the Town of Cary for inviting us to be a part of the Lazy Daze Festival. We would also like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth, both old friends and new.
A very special thank you to Phil Bisesi, photographer extraordinaire!
