In 1999, after spending many years sketching and oil painting, Andi took her first pottery class at Jordan Hall Art Center, taught by Blaine Avery. This sparked Andi's love of clay and thirst for ceramic knowledge...so much so, she was hired to teach pottery classes at Jordan Hall Arts Center in 2001.
Then, two years later, Andi became Jordan Hall's Ceramic Arts Specialist. In addition to performing ceramic studio management duties, Andi continues to teach classes at Jordan Hall, including Pottery Foundations, Small Sculptures in Clay and Raku: Pots Afire.
